This Privacy Policy explains how MDA Solutions, LLC ("Clarity Architect," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit clarityarchitect.io and related pages (the "Site"), submit an application, book a call, or communicate with us by email, phone, SMS, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit an application, book a call, request a free audit, or message us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, role, revenue range, and your answers to application questions.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, video viewing activity, referring URL, and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags and ad click identifiers). We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to do this.

Information from third parties. If you interact with our ads or social media accounts, platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (including YouTube) may share limited information with us, such as which ad you clicked or that you commented on a post.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

·        Review your application and determine whether our program is a fit;

·        Schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls;

·        Deliver coaching services and communicate with clients;

·        Send you the resources you request (such as a free audit) through DM, email, or SMS;

·        Send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time);

·        Measure and improve our Site, content, and advertising;

·        Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and similar tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure and personalize our advertising, including showing ads to people who have visited the Site or watched our videos. These providers may collect information about your activity on the Site and across other websites and apps.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings and at adssettings.google.com, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals; the Site does not currently respond to them.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your application, booked calls, appointment reminders, and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our CRM and messaging carriers).

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

·        With service providers that operate our business on our behalf, such as our CRM and scheduling tools (HighLevel, Calendly), video hosting (Vidalytics, YouTube), messaging tools (ManyChat), analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google), and payment processors;

·        When required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others;

·        In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and stop Messenger or Instagram DMs by replying STOP or blocking the account. Depending on where you live (for example, California or other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. 8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
